Description

9000 litre 304 stainless steel ribbon blenders. Mild steel non contact parts. Built by Gardner (Kemutec Group), 1995.

Type 9000 HE Blender complete with bottom slide valve, load cells and sub frame.

Driven by Radicon gearbox type H3SF-315, 22kw power rating, 5.9 rpm output and powered by a 25kw Brook Hansen electric motor, 985 rpm (415v, 3ph, 50Hz)

Design data: Full vacuum or 1.06 bar g at 20 deg C, hydraulic test pressure 1.17 bar g and 25″HG vacuum.
