Description
Used 35,000 Litre Stainless Steel Mixing Tank, manufactured by Bedford Stainless Engineering. Material of construction 304 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished bottom and top. Supported on 6 stainless steel legs. Tank dimensions are 2950mm internal diameter, 5500mm on the straight, 300 mm dished ends, 8100mm overall height, 3100mm overall width. Tank has a stainless steel mounting bridge with a top centre mounted twin flight 3 blade Lightnin turbine agitator fitted, powered by a 2.2kw Brook Hansen flameproof electric motor (3ph, 50hz, 415v, 940rpm, EEx d IIB T4). Tank is fitted with 3 stainless steel internal baffles. Connections (1) 100mm flanged centre bottom outlet, (3) 100mm top inlet, (1) 50mm top inlet, (1) 600mm top man way, (1) 600mm side bottom man way. Previously used on chemicals.
