Description
Used 28,000 Litre Stainless Steel Mixing Tank, manufactured by Bedford Stainless Engineering. Material of construction 316 stainless steel. Orientation vertical, cylindrical, dished top and bottom. Supported on 5 stainless steel legs. Tank dimensions 2600mm diameter, 6000mm on the straight, 8500mm overall height. Tank has a stainless steel mounting bridge to which a top centre mounted triple flight 3 blade Lightnin turbine agitator is fitted, which is powered by a 4kw Brook Hansen flameproof electric motor (3ph, 50hz, 380-420v, 1430rpm, EExd IIB T4). The tank agitator is supported at the base of the tank with a bottom steady bearing, Tank also has 4 stainless steel internal baffles. Connections (2) 80mm top inlet, (4) 50mm top inlet, (1) 80mm top inlet with flame arrester and pressure vacuum relief valve, (1) 100mm centre bottom outlet, (1) 80mm side bottom outlet, (1) 600mm top manway, (1) 450mm side bottom manway. Previously used on chemicals.
