Fuelling Stations A fuelling station provides containment for the ancillary equipment associated with the storage tank.
	Fill Pipe Only For dispensing fuel at a remote location e.g. for a generator or garage island
	Standard Size with Roller Shutter Door Designed to house 1 pump and Fuel Management System. The cabinet can be turned 90 degrees if required
	Full End Size with Roller Shutter Door Ideal for housing 2 pumps, Fuel Management System, and any additional equipment, such as an oil drum etc. Vehicles can be filled from both ends of this cabinet if required

Gauges
	Unitel Pneumatic Tank Level Gauge Designed to give the level of tank content in percentages % Fits 900-3000mm high cylindrical or rectangular Tanks.
	Normond Hydrostatic Gauge The Normond Analogue Gauge is for remote liquid measurement and control. This gauge can be used with a variety of balance chamber materials, giving flexibility to monitor different fuel types and chemical products. For Tanks up to 3 metres deep, ‘C’ Series 6” calibrated gauge includes 10 metres of capillary tubing and probe. For Tanks 3-9 metre deep, rigid balance chambers are recommended.
	Ocio Electronic Tank Level Indicator OCIO is a system for monitoring the fluid level inside atmospheric tanks. The system detects the static pressure generated by the fluid height by means of a tube inserted in the tank and displays the fluid level or volume. More information...

Above Ground Flow Control Valves

The valve helps to prevent overfilling of the fuel installation by the fuel supplier. Use either:

2” Valve
For use when a 2” fill line is fitted on tank

3” Valve
For use when a 3” fill line is fitted on tank

Alarms
	Bund Alarm – Mains Mains powered tank alarm with 3 input channels. Designed to detect overfill, low levels or bund alarm situations on 1, 2 or 3 tanks. - Self test feature checks for probe disconnected or short circuit - 230Vac, 110Vac or 12Vdc operation. IP55 weatherproof enclosure - Each channel can be used as an overfill, low level or bund alarm - High power alarm sounder. High visibility flashing zenon beacon - Plug & socket field connections for quick & easy installation - Test button checks probes as well as beacon & sounder
	Bund Alarm – Battery Similar to the Bund Alarm unit, but operates from an internal battery, (battery supplied). - No zenon beacon, but individual channel LEDs - High power alarm sounder - Test button checks probes as well as battery and sounder - Battery life depends on number of test & alarm incidents
	Bund / Overfill Alarm See Bund Alarm for specification. Fitted with extra Float Probe.
	Float Probes These float operated probes are designed to work with the tank alarm units described above. Each probe can be configured and mounted in the tank to detect an overfill or high level condition, a low level or re-order condition or mounted in the bund or pipe work system to detect a leak. - Supplied with a flat plate and gasket for fitting to any tank - Optional threading cap fixing 11/2” BSPF - Standard cable length of 5 metres

	Plate mounted pump, delivering 50 litres per minute, complete with Pulser, Flow Meter, 3m hose and ZVA auto nozzle ( stated accuracy +/- 0.5%)
	Plate mounted pump, delivering 70 litres per minute, complete with Pulser, Flow Meter, 3m hose and ZVA auto nozzle (stated accuracy +/- 0.5%)
	Hytek Alpha pump delivering 70 litres per minute, complete with Pulser, 3m hose and ZVA auto nozzle (stated accuracy +/- 0.5%)

Pump Add-ons
	Pump mounting frame: To be used to secure a ‘stand alone’ pump within a fuelling station or other location
	Pressure regulating valve: To be used when using a ‘head’ of more than 3 metres
	Check valve and filter: To be used when using a ‘head’ of 3 metres or less.
	Quick release breakaway coupling: To be used to prevent spilage of fuel by miss use by operatives
	Safety break hose / pigtail
